1/ Resolution No. 02.2026/SGD/NQ-HĐQT dated May 28, 2026 of the Board of Directors of Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City: – Approving June 10, 2026 as the record date to finalize the list of shareholders for collecting written opinions to approve matters within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The record date for exercising the right to vote via written opinions is June 10, 2026. The timeline for collecting written opinions from shareholders will be posted on the Company’s website (details are specified in the written opinion solicitation documents sent to shareholders). Matters for opinion solicitation: Matters within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the Company’s Charter.
